grouper mid-pack athlete will join a small group of ultra runners to compete in this
years 50mile Leona Divide. Pete Vara Stated that: "After my first 50K at Twin Peaks
I knew I was hooked and to find out why run more than 26.2?." "Training began Mid
December and consisted of averaging 40-60miles per week", Pete added. Most of the
training would not have possible without the support from his family and close
running partners. Pete was fortunate enough to be accepted into the Team Aquaphor
